Invasive Plant Atlas of New England. The atlas data is still under development, but the general information is excellent:

Weeds Gone Wild: Alien Plant Invaders of Natural Areas is a web-based project of the Plant Conservation Alliance's Alien Plant Working Group:

The Nature Conservancy maintains a huge invasive plant site in conjunction with the U of C Davis:
